Katie joined the firm in 2017. Her law practice focuses on tax planning and controversy, estate planning, probate, and trust and estate administration. She has a particular talent for federal income tax transactions and tax controversy work. Not only is Katie a gifted legal technician, she possesses excellent communication skills and a drive to provide the level of exceptional customer service that our firm demands. Prior to joining the firm, Katie was a trust officer with a national bank before spending more than three years with a Dallas law firm as a tax and estate planning attorney.
Katie received her bachelor’s degree from St. Edwards University in Austin. She is a 2011 graduate of South Texas College of Law Houston. Katie is a member of the State Bar of Texas, including the Real Estate, Probate, and Trust Law Section, and the Dallas Bar Association. She is a certified Ad Litem for guardianships and probate matters and is an author and presenter at legal seminars.
Katie was raised in the Leander-Cedar Park area. She and her husband, Nick, are excited to return to the Central Texas community.
