Marketing & Business Development

Bethany joined the firm in 2013. She focuses on business development and enhancing the firm’s reputation through strategic marketing and community relations. She has significant experience in relationship management, public relations, and business development through her career in philanthropic fund development and maintains strong relationships in Williamson County and beyond. Prior to joining the firm, Bethany served as executive director for a private school foundation and Director of Major Gifts for Seton Williamson Foundation.

Bethany earned a B.A. in Communications in 1996 from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas. She is a 2012 graduate of Leadership Round Rock, a member of Round Rock Woman’s Club, and serves on the executive board for Round Rock Foundation for the Arts and Entertainment.  She serves on the board of trustees for Children at Heart Ministries, where she chairs the Mission Advancement Committee. Bethany was the founding president of Williamson County’s first chapter of a national mother/daughter leadership development and volunteerism organization, National Charity League, Round Rock Chapter. In the last twenty years, she has served her community in a variety of volunteer roles including past president of Chaparral Women’s Club, founding chair of Round Rock Circle of Friends fundraising organization for the now Dell Children’s Medical Center, past campaign chair of Round Rock Coats for Kids, a deacon and stewardship campaign chair in her church, past member of the board of advisors of Junior Cotillion of Williamson County, past delegate to Williamson County Republican Convention, past member of Austin Young Women’s League, past board member for Round Rock Symphony Orchestra, and past board member for Round Rock Area Arts Council. Bethany and her husband, Frank, cherish family time with their two children — a high school daughter and a son in the Texas Aggie Corps of Cadets at Texas A&M University.
